HEADQUARTERS INC (BOBHQ), a reputable Canadian distributor established in 1998 by Robert Ritchot, (Bob) and his wife Kim. This strategic move underscores AFG’s commitment to strengthening its foothold in Canada and expanding its influence within the cannabis accessories sector.

BOBHQ has long been recognized as a leader in the Canadian market. However, recent challenges prompted its Parent, Humble & Fume Inc. to take proactive measures, including restructuring and seeking creditor protection under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) in January of this year. Part of this restructuring included the marketing and sale of its most successful subsidiary, BOBHQ, which includes its other operating identity, humble+fume.

With the AFG acquisition, BOBHQ, (bobhq.com and humbleandfume.com), is primed for resurgence. AFG brings considerable resources to the table, boasting its flagship brand, Pulsar and an extensive portfolio of over 5,000 products from more than 250 industry leading brands. This strategic partnership positions BOBHQ to replenish its inventory, realign its operations, and reaffirm its position as Canada’s premier distributor of cannabis accessories.
